These services include:
- More than 520 parking spaces belonging to the building
- Door-keeper service and a capable facility management team
The fiber-optic connections, which are available on every floor, allow tenants to tailor their telecommunications service to their needs: From speech, data and multimedia services, to video conferencing and internet providing.- Conventional hook-ups from the Deutsche Telekom AG as well as DSL/VDSL internet are, of course, also available on every floor.
- In keeping with the holistic approach, there is a 1500 m² service center on the ground floor with restaurants, cafés and an ATM.
